All Multi Shelter Solutions structures share
the following features:
Rectangular “pre-galvanized” steel tubing
ribs for maximum strength to cost ratio. The coating provides
smooth, long lasting cover support
Continuous “poly saver” ridge is factory
welded and galvanized for fast assembly, and long life.
The continuous support for the cover eliminates wear points
All bolt holes are horizontal to eliminate weak spots
in the ribs and eliminate the cover wear spots due to protruding
bolt heads
The gothic or peaked shape of the buildings allow maximum
snow shedding capacity while minimizing wind load resistance
Appropriate purlins (rib spacers) and corner bracing
for each structure size allows for maximum rigidity in the
structure while maintaining the simple construction concept
“Springlock” aluminum channel cover fasteners
are provided for both sets of end ribs. The flexibility
allows the channels to easily follow the profile of the
building. The stainless, heat-treated spring steel wire
inserts do not require installation tools and hold their
shape even with repeated use. It holds roof and end cover
simultaneously.
The easy assembly and disassembly means that all of these
building very relocatable. Not using concrete usually determines
that these building are classified as temporary
All the buildings have the capacity for double roof cover
with air in between to allow for an up to 30% decrease in
heat loss
All of these buildings have the capacity for roll-up
side walls to allow maximum air flow during the warm periods
of the year
The simple “slip-fit” construction means
that either the top or bottom of the rib can be trimmed
to change the width and/or profile when required to complete
what would otherwise be an “odd” application.
