Terms: a 35% deposit is expected with the order and balance is due upon delivery. No order is considered final without Multi Shelter Solutions receiving a signed copy of a quotation. Shipments are made with freight extra. Goods remain the property of Multi Shelter Solutions until they have been paid in full. Custom and out of province orders must be fully pre-paid.

Returns: cannot be made without prior approval. Custom orders cannot be returned.

Taxes: G.S.T. is extra on all orders, including freight. P.S.T. is charged, where applicable, unless we receive a signed exemption form for agricultural end use.

Warranty: is for one year on all materials and workmanship unless otherwise noted. Multi Shelter Solutions will make warranty claims for their customers on resale products. No warranty claim can or will be made on overdue accounts. There are certain storm conditions that we cannot warranty against. There are several precautions or extras, which can be taken if you are in an area prone to these problems.

Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed Saturday, Sunday & Holidays. All voice mail messages should include a prefered call back time to assist in efficient and timely responses.

Shop Visits & Tours: In an effort to keep our overhead down and because of the many structure variations that we offer, we don't have a showroom for you to visit. By prior appointment, you can visit our shop to see the components we use. Many times when you, as a prospective customer, call, we can give you the name and telephone number of an existing customer near you with a similar setup.

Installation: We do not have a crew to do installations of our products. The distances we cover make this impossible. Every order comes with a complete installation guide. We have made every effort to make our packages simple to build. Our driver is knowledgeable for giving assembly pointers at time of delivery.
